They sure did. The purple color is a matt finish. The roof is all decal. It should have been painted. They should have given a mask that was printed so I could paint all the purple. The aftermarket decals did give a mask like that just for the nose piece. The roof decal has fine splits in it that I had to touch up with paint. Most of the imperfections don't really show up so well in the photos.
