Revell '67 Hemi Charger
I've had this box in my closet for many years. I haven't built one of these type models in quite a few years too. So I've started with detailing the Hemi engine. I've done at least 4 of them. Plus I have that Testors 1/6 scale die-cast Hemi that helped me with detailing. I had to reglue a few parts on that too since it's been collecting dust. Well here's my 1/25 scale Hemi. And the spark plugs are in the correct firing order. There's no fuel filters on the gas lines only because I know you won't see them anyway because the air filter will hide them and the fuel lines I connected to carbs.

Re: Revell '67 Hemi Charger
Well, I just painted the body this morning. So here it is fresh out of the paint booth. It's painted Testors Stoplight Metallic Red with Al Clad Chrome as a base-coat. I was inspired by a little M2 diecast for my paint scheme. 1st here's the die cast:
I won't be putting the big decal on the doors because I don't have that. So my model won't be an exact copy but fairly close. Here's the body:

Beautiful engine work. Very nice paint work laying down that metallic color. Love the color choice.

Pics are a bit big Mike, I have to scroll over and back to see the text.
I can't remember the old limit, 680x600 or something.
Having said that, I thought Skids resized pics to fit, not like back on escale
Al, Paul or Paul?

My fave design of the Chargers. A decade later, when I read that simply slapping a "fastback" on the Chrysler family-mobiles made them sell to a younger crowd. I was shocked at how I'd been suckered in like so many! Still, I love the design.

Coming along beautifully! The body style is really accentuated by the BMF trim. Plus the dash looks great.

Looks good, you could always mask up the carpet and seats and blow over it with Gary primer then red. Probably won't matter when the body is on. The seatbelts are a nice touch.

Beautiful work on the interior! And even though the storage area may be painted the 'wrong' colour it doesn't look wrong at all.
