I bought one a few weeks ago, I've had the genuine Range Rover paint in the paint cupboard for a few years, got it from a friend who worked at Land Rover, he now works for Bridgestone in the States.

I built the old Esci West Midlands police version for the police force as a commission many years ago, also built the later Aoshima version for The same friend who worked at LR, along with the Monogram 88" Land Rover, the only criticism i got from him, and everyone at LR who saw the model, was the paint finish was too good, strangely it was genuine paint supplied from the factory, I was told at the time, (late 1990's) that they would love to get a finish like I'd gotten on production land rovers.

They look identical Geoff, just a modified shell to fill in the windows.
