Twin Firebirds
I know I started a Build thread on these and never finished it. Life just gets in the way sometimes. I finished the models last year and delivered them to Mark Rosetti Just before Christmas. He was very happy with them and ordered another commission build from me.
The Verado Green paint was from Gravity Paints. Mate Meyer is great to deal with. Excellent Service and had no problem doing the custom mix on a paint not commonly available. He also did the Camaro Gold for the 70 Camaro I am doing now. Paint is pre-mixed for airbrush lays down nice and easy. I am also planning a bone stock 1949 Mercury for my collection. Mate provided the correct engine color 7 bucks plus postage. Fast, Fair and Accurate.
The Vinyl Tops are Masking tape. My first ever attempt at that. The real hard part was getting Masking tape the right width. Once I got that handled the rest wasn't all that bad. Thanks To ModelCarDave for the tips on getting it to lay flat and be wrinkle free. You were right on Buddy.
Here are some finished pictures. I will say that adding Windows 10 and Photoshop were both huge mistakes. Makes posting pictures a whole new experience. Old dog learning new trick thing I guess.

Re: Twin Firebirds
Chris I will see what I can do on the Tutorial. Right now I will say probably.
Looking at the pictures I notice that it looks like one is "Popping a wheelie" not a model problem my cardboard photo panels got wet and warped. Looks like it time for a new plan on that one.
Thanks for all the comments guys It means a lot.

Re: Twin Firebirds
Impressive, the vinyl roof came out well. I only did one once, in very thin vinyl!

Excellent builds! The vinyl tops are gorgeous and I really like that body colour.
