going to be quiet.............

............for a while

just to let you all know im not going to be able to do much, model making wise for a while

the memsahib is officially classed as disabled, she has some mobility problems which is not helped by the fact that we live two floors up in an apartment (she was fit and well when we moved in three years ago) and have been on the list to get a bungalow since she qualifies for one............after 18 months we have finally got one!...........move in 2nd of December

which means im going to be busy getting this place packed up and the new place ready (need to lay laminate flooring throughout and decorate),.............my bench is in the spare room and thats going to be first place im going to pack away so we can use the room just to put stuff in ready for the removal guys

ive got no idea when im going to be able to set up the bench at the new place......although my bold and cunning plan is during the xmas to new year period when im off work and will have the time..........but the best laid plans and all that.....we shall see

its noon. Removal guys were three hours late gettinh here. Grrr. Got no internet.....on my phone. Chaos reigns. Got be in new gaff by tonight fortunaly its only nine mile away.....then got to start sorting stuff again

tomorrows job is to get stuff up in the loft to make room to sort the rest out........currently 28 boxes, 2/3 of which are the stash, to go up....thats before i sort through the rest of the spare room/dumping ground lol

poor cats are struggling a little, both are a little stressed out cos everything is new but they will be ok soon

im knackered, the memshaib is really knackered (her arthritis is playing havoc).......im looking forward to that cider thats chilling in the fridge!

so i got up in the loft and the insulation is a foot deep!!! so had some probs putting some board down but the stash is up there, all neatly arranged in boxes (plan one day after xmas is to bring it all back down, sort through it and ebay what im never going to build)..........plus i got up all the other accumulated gubbins.....just got finish decorating our bedroom and get it together then i can start on what will be an empty spare room......im still aiming to have my bench back together before new year

its a little scary having the stash laid out like it is, i have a digital stash on my laptop so i know exactly what is there but to see 24 big boxes all stuffed with kits was a little eye opening

need to buy less build more!!
