I think someone used the wrong grade of bolts for that rim,

Scary. I worked in a tire shop, we had a service truck and would change these things out in the field, always sketchy. Maybe the only thing worse was putting together split rims on old HD trucks.

Yea,see the damage on the cage...Death stalks us everywhere.Used to work in a tyre place myself and a fitter was killed changing a truck tyre......A semi ran onto the hard shoulder hitting his Transit parked behind the breakdown,the transit was crushed down to 4 foot in length from around 20 feet!!!!!!!!!
