Dakar Support Truck Project... Empty Dakar Support Truck Project...

Post by Johnag Tue 22 Sep 2015, 3:53 pm

Hi all,

Well after a very long time I have finally finished my two little supports trucks thanks to the BOSS, he very kindly sorted out some decals for me, to help with the looks...

One is a Workstation and the other is a Generator truck (I think you'll guess which is which)...: -

Hi Colin,

Many thanks Sir for the kind words, I also thought of giving a dio a go just after I posted these photos, so maybe one of these days, I'll give it a go...

Many thanks again...

I think they look terrific Andy. Well done. I guess they are about 1:72??

Glad the decals worked out to, they look just right.

A dio would look great Andy, particularly with the competition vehicle they support.

GO FOR IT!!

Andy: somehow I missed these. Nice, nice job particularly in such a small scale.

Thank you very much chaps, I really did enjoy building them, although it took me over twelve months...

I also forgot to mention, the rear bumper on the Support Truck is the head off an old disposable razor (minus the blades)...

Thank you all again for the very kind words...
