'46 Chevy Custom Saltster

This is a build which had stalled out, because of the vast amount of scratch building. However it is complete. The body is out of the Galaxie kit, 1948 Chevrolet Aerosedan. The body has been chopped, sectioned, channeled, widened and frenched. The Tear drop hood was made from a resin scoop from Drag City. The 572 BBC with high rise manifold and 2 Intimidator carbs, wired and plumbed. The moons are from Early Resins. The paint job is Alclad Aluminum, smoothster Yellow and Tamiya red.

That is a sweet looking race car. I like the way the chute is molded in. The engine bay Rocks.

Thanks guys. It's another one, which got started and ended up sitting for months. Have lots of good ideas, but not very good at completing them. Hope to get better in the future.
