ICM 1/350 Grosser Kurfurst

Great work here - I admire ships, but apart from two unfinished Billing’s sailing ships, an unfinished matchbox 1/72 Corvette and an unfinished 1/72 U boat (see a pattern?) I haven’t done one yet... soon!

These builds are inspirational.

The Corvette was rigged for R/C way back, and it worked well until it lost signal at full speed heading across a lake! Some (drunk) fishermen thought it was a beaver and smacked it with a paddle, otherwise I would have lost it forever!!

Great progress! The finicky little detailing for small scale is always arduous, but the result is definitely worth the effort.

After the initial success with the PE railings, the next two went pear shaped! Beginners luck! I've had more luck with these sections on the bow.

I've found that gluing one end and working my along seems to work.

Nice job on those railings.

The railings look like incredibly finicky work and the results are excellent.

Most of the upper deck is railed, aft superstructure is in as well as some of the boats.
