TSR.2 Mk 5
( from Wikipedia): TSR.2 Mk 4 entered RAAF service in October 1971. The fleet was based at RAAF Amberley, west of Brisbane, and equipped 1 and 6 SQN RAAF.
In the early 1990's the survivors received low visibility paint and markings. A mid life update was carried out shortly afterwards, comprising an air-to-air refuelling capability and a new avionics suite giving a Harpoon ASM capability.
The fleet was retired in 2011, with several airframes preserved in museums or as 'gate guards' at RAAF bases.
Alas, the above is all fiction, since the programme was foolishly cancelled in 1965.
My 'wot if' build is an aircraft from 1 SQN, bombed up in response to regional tensions in 1999.

That is a beautiful jet. The thick body and delta wing design is unique, indeed. That top down photo brings to mind something from a modern 'superhero' movie for some reason. Excellent build!

Hi Mr W,
This is truly stunning Sir, I've had the honour of getting up close to the TSR when I was stationed at RAF Cosford, some of us used to pop over to the museum and help out, we mainly did it, so we could cross over the tape and get an even closer look, your TSR would make a fitting tribute if it had made it, such a beautiful aircraft, I would have loved to have seen her fly...
