What did you use on the wash for the leather seats? Looks so real.

I based it with Citadel's Snakebite Leather (Revell's Aqua 'Wood brown' looks very close), then a wash with brown and orange ink in the deep parts and a mix of Snakebite leather and yellow for the highlights.

Love this. I am going to start this kit myself in week or two.

Beautiful interior and a nice color on the body.

Hi H,
This looks good, one of my favourite Lambo's too, love the interior, I think you've got the seat colour pretty spot on to the originals too...

The interior on this looks so realistic. WOW! Very, very impressive. Describe the belts in a little more detail, as they could be real ones. Fantastic craftsmanship!

The belts are from a photo etched 'Sparco' 4 point racing harness from Eduard. I was going to use it for a rally car I have in my stash but I find I can put it to a more flexible use.

Very nice start! The paint looks great and I really like the shading on the seats.

Ditto on what everyone else wrote! Unanimous on a superior interior! From dash to seats it gets a 100!

Just put a wash on it. What method did you use for the interior carpet?

The white glue and flocking technique. It didn't really work out for me.

Re: Hasegawa's 1971 Lamborghini Miura.
It's really fabulous all round, I built it years ago in the same colour. It's a nice kit.
Shame you won't see the engine detail on the top half.
I assume we'll see nice underside detail on the exhaust system too.
Shay.

I plan on making the back fin things (I really can't recall what they're called) removable so that it can be seen. If I were to redo this kit then the whole back would be cut open and hinged. That would be a lot of work though.

Excellent job on a basic engine H. Looks really good. The braided hoses look spot on.
I'm not sure but doesn't someone do a Miura with full engine detail?
