Renault 5 Gordini
wasnt sure what to do next........decided on this, picked it up recently for a Ayrton
according to Shay who knows better than me they were normally in black......i hate black so im currently thinking gold or maybe silver since the go faster stripes are in red so would look good against these colours, but we shall see when the time comes lol
they were known as Alpines everywhere cept the UK and Ireland where they were called Gordini's

I'd say silver......... Maybe get a little turbo badge for the grill?

ESCI kits disappointed me but were both cheap and really exotic to those of un in the U.S. Midwest! We had a few of the "LeCar" Renaults here and were best known for unreliability and quick rusting. I recommend it displayed as being worked on by a confused mechanic!

I think they were sold as "Le Car" in the States. Not sure but it looks like I remember them looking. Cool project.
