| Yes Mitch the paint job has to go but won't be black and flames (Not all hot rods were black with flames (personally not a favourite paint scheme of mine)) as for the sectioning I would find that a big problem as I've taken the roof off I'm not sure it would work with a cabriolet with the canvas roof up where would the rear passengers heads be (of course I could remove the rear seats) any suggestions on a simple solution. |

| There wouldn't be much point in putting a smallblock into a fwd Traction Avant really.
Unless you made it 4wd...with 4 equal sized tyres. |

Correct. The rear seat has to go. Take it from a saloon to a two seater coupe. |

| Use a piece of thin Styrene and convert the Hump Back look into a fast back look. It would be a one of a kind. You can get a better idea of the look by taping some paper onto it. I like what you are doing to this build. |

| I agree with Buck on this one. Looking forward to seeing what you decide to do. |

| Hi all well I'm back off my hols and after a huge amount of hacking and jiggling I managed to make the interior fit. I changed the centre pillar from leather to wood I like the contrast between the leather and the wood (I think it looks more luxurious) Still got the dash to do, thinking of adding rev counter and oil pressure gauge, wondering if I should add a more modern Speedo. |
