1988 Buick Regal
Direct from Las Vegas ( via ebay)! AMT promotional kit. You could use the chassis & running gear from the Revel-o-gram '92 Pontiac GP if you had your heart set on a detailed engine bay. Me? I build 'em as they comes. Mostly.
Some paint and remove the moulded lettering to come.
Interior. It will get pedals, gear lever, indicator stalk and most importantly, a back to the front seat.
Gear lever,i gn key 'bump' and indicator added to the column. Looks better already!
Just in from the paint booth ( the wheelie bin in my back yard)

Re: 1988 Buick Regal
I never knew they did promos that late, I thought it was a 60's thing!
It'll make a nice Curbside.
Sometimes I wonder why I build suspension, exhaust systems etc when you never turn the bloody thing upside down to look at it anyway. End of Rant! lol

Ha! I think I have one in my stash! Still sealed, I had no idea how poor it is. My plan, since I knew it had no engine, was to build it modified either as a stock looking "sleeper" or maybe something like a fire chief's vehicle. I like what you've done so far. Small improvements can make a world of difference, thanx!

It's not quite so bad, the engine cradle and rear suspension are separate pieces, and that helps. The interior, with some improvements will pass.
It's no worse under & inside than a lot of the old AMT or Johan kits

Time with a fine brush and paint really makes it work!

Beautiful work on the 'upgrading!' The body and interior are sooooo much better after some care, attention and detailing.
