2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (Revell)
Hello all. The ZR1 is done now.
I tried a little touch of my own by adding some matte aluminium BMF. Whether it works or not is down to a matter of taste. I was just trying to break up the black a bit.
I thought the decals with this kit were rather poor so ended up painting most of them on.
Thanks for looking.

Awesome paint and finish. The touch of aluminum reminds me of the Porsche Targa top. Great idea.

You knocked this one out of the park.
I really admire your crisp clean building style.
I wish Revell would put as much effort into more realistic wheels and tires as they have with the recent improvements of the quality of the rest of their kits.
That's one thing that still makes Tamiya, Aoshima and Fujimi just a couple of clicks above Revell.

Awesome job all round and fabulous paint D.
The matte aluminium looks great. Maybe Chevy should have done that on the 1:1.
