Did you pay via PayPal Curt? If so open a dispute with them, you should not have to pay return shipping.

Cheers Al I will do that. I always use PAYPAL.

Agreed, Total POJ.

A bit,of an update on my progress. Still lots of filling and sanding left to do but the basic shape is starting to take good shape. The right rear window upper rear curve needed to be re-sculpted. The A-Pilars need reshaping and scribing and filler pieces added to the inside radius.

Back working on this one.

Rear window and front window cut down to fit the chopped top. Also started on fitting the front window frame to the body.

Thanks Shay.

Still puttzing around with the shell. Slow going, and not much progress to actually see. It always amazes me to see how much the camera picks up showing all the defects.

Tiny tiny amount of scraping makes huge changes visually, still have miles to go before I will be happy with this.
I hope I can smooth this mess out for gloss paint. If not,  there is always the Rat Rod route.

Finally came up with a paint scheme, ya how many times have I said that in the past, lol. Anyway, decided to give the work on the shell a break.
I have recently taken a shine to solid wheel covers, so the wheels will get them.
I stripped off all the chrome. So everything that was chrome is now dark midnight blue, my own mix.

This is such a slow process. I really need to invest in some, or spend time making some proper sculpting tools for this tiny stuff. Still needs hours of work before paint, but a bit closer today.
The panel lines are too big now. It's part of the learning process and adaptation/modification of the tools neede as I go.
