I'm still waiting on my tool kit from South Korea...
I started working on the receiver and added some detail to the trailer hitch. I used some parts from the parts box, a Mini hood latch and the camera from a stock car kit. I cut the box off the camera because it looks like the box that is used to hold the battery for the emergency disconnect braking system on trailers. I have some chain on order to make the safety chains.
The receiver is removable from the truck. I had to open up the end of the mounting point on the truck as it was cast solid. I used scraps to make the receiver assembly and pinned it with some wire for strength and the ball came with the trailer kit. I made the nut from scrap.

Holy Moly, the Galaxie kit is a beauty!!!! I didn't know Fujimi had such a beautiful accessories box as well. This will be an interesting 2017!!!!
