Painted in genuine Trabant Glacier blue, had to have the paint imported from Germany

It was a special order for someone high up in the communist party, it was built better than the ones meant for the peasants ....

Very nice. Is the trail hitch for pulling the skill off pudding, I can't imagine that thing has power to do much more.

I saw one in person, they are incredibly shabby. Some kind of cardboard or fiberboard interior panels and an engine any chain saw company would call crappy. I think a few Europeans got their hands on some to hot rod them. A Porsche-Trabant---East meets West!

Believe it or not, they could and did tow caravans, after all East Germans needed a holiday as well
