Is the masking for a design on the windscreens, or for painting the car after installing them?

The masking is for the glass work Mike.
On the body, only the rear bumper needs masking as it's darker than the rest of the body.b

A beautiful little kit and an ideal way to 'inaugurate' your new workspace!

Re: 2012 WTCC Chevy Cruz. Robb Huff
Right... it's back to this one.
As mentioned above, the rear bumper is a darker blue and needed masking. So I thought I'd try an idea shown to us by Nigel a while back.
Masked the demarcation line with Tamiya tape as usual but then masked off the rest of the body with cling film:
Using the cling film was SO much easier to apply and SO much easier to remove than any other way I have used in the past.
Thanks for the tip Nige!! c

Great turn out. I will have to try Nigel's method out for sure.

Re: 2012 WTCC Chevy Cruz. Robb Huff
There are several 'electronics' boxes moulded into the floor and unfortunately, so is some of the wiring. And of course it looks awful.
It's not really feasible to remove it and I fear painting the 'tops' of it would look equally awful.
SO...... I'm attempting to add my own wiring by going over the top of the moulded in stuff. So far, so good.
