The only other green I have is Ford Signal Green as per Mk2 Escort Mexico, it might be a bit bright?

Maybe..... but apply it over red oxide primer or matt black and it should be about right.

The green is darker than the reference photo (which looks metallic to me?) but who says it has to be exactly the same. I like the chrome hub caps, and when the white walls are on they will look stunning.

The rings and whitewalls will give it a 'refined' custom look vs.the 'rat' look without the rings.

With dark color wheels, trim rings give perspective to wheel and tire size as well as adding a bit of glitz.
