My new arrivals so far this year. First up some French elegance.

I've wanted to do a Tiger tank in tiger stripes for a while now. I know, but I like to do something a bit different now and again.

Speaking of something different...

Finally for now a decal sheet.

I have a couple of ideas for these, neither of which involve vans.

It does look nice in the box and unlike Heller's kits of 1930's cars the Talbot has a one piece body.

That Talbot does look nice. Any chance we can get a pic of the body?

I agree with Sam, the Talbot does look interesting.

The Talbot-Lago is a great kit, as are the others in Heller's classic series. I love them.  It builds up quite nicely.

Love the McLaren Curt. I have an M8 in 1/20th somewhere around here, it's MPC, but it's OK.

Never seen the Lola before.

the uk importer also deals in go faster bits and drifting gubbins for japanese cars.........every month or so he has a flash sale where he puts up maybe a dozen different things that hes obviously overstocked on at 50% to 60% off....sale only lasts a few days so you got to act quick or you miss out.......i follow him on facebook so i get to see when he announces it......i got the Kwak z750 and the monkey bike last month for even less than these two......hes just sold out of the car that Cole is doing in the pre90 race car build or i would have had one of those too

I picked up these at Hobby Lobby today.

The '57 Ford Gasser and Corvette were marked down to $7.50ea.

The Corvette kit comes with a set of machined aluminum injector stacks & metal coil springs for the front suspension.

It was like buying the stacks and getting the model for free.

Great deal Dan.

Tim, I have never seen that Heller kit, looks pretty interesting. Which way are you going to build it?

After years of fumbling around with makeshift photo booths every time I wanted to take pics I broke down a ordered this off Amazon.

You've got to give us a review of that when you get it, Curt. I've been looking at them on Amazon also, but have yet to pull the trigger on one.

Seemed like a good price for what you get. I am at a stage in my life were the time to make something weighs heavy on the cost to buy something at a fair price. Kinda tired of messing around with hodge podged creations to save a few bucks.
Let's hope it is worth the $80

I use one of these light tents very similar to this kit here, I find it softens the light quite nicely although I think the lights are a little too small and maybe I should buy bigger ones. Mine comes with white, blue, red and black backings. Overall a top notch little set up as I'm no expert by a long shot.

I'll probably build it stock.

I thought I'd get myself a garage and tools to go with my car models.
