HI Guys

Looked at my shelf and needed a white car so I decided on this one

So far I have painted the body and clear coated it ready for the decals, then painted the black parts and thats all for now im afraid.

Did half the decals tonight, messed up where the spoiler meets the body decal but will touch that up so hopefully it won't look to bad.

Decals and paint are looking good Ash.

IIRC this is an early ex-motorised kit with solid metal axles?

Ah man I hate when that happens. I know you'll sort it out and no one will be able to notice.

Here's the kit you might be thinking of Al. I have it in the stash.

I have this in the stash Ash, I won't be building it so if you need any spares then just ask.

Al it has 1 metal axel for the rear though I think it's a repop minus some parts when compared to the original.

Should be fine D but thanks, wishing I had an engine for it but too late now!

Cheers Mike

I was disappointed when I saw how Tamiya cut corners on the kit, no engine lack of detail on undercarriage, etc. I luv the look, similar to 1970s IMSA Mustangs, some with the same turbo 4 the Capri used. The black Zakspeed kit was the more common one here in the U.S..

Nice to see a Capri and it's different from the ones I've seen around here as harron mentioned.
It reminds me of the build I did with Paul (2whl), Shay and Nigel.

It's looking real nice too! Are you using the driver for this one?
