PostSubject: Batmobile Tumbler   Mon 06 Apr 2015, 8:51 pm

Here's the finished article, had a few issues with the instructions saying one part number when it was the part opposite in the picture which I needed, tells you to fit parts in a sequence and it doesn't work that way, anyway, other than that the front wheels were a pain to get right... Despite all the messing It makes a really nice model in the end

Enough said here's the beast,

Sorry Colin no camo this time, perhaps the next one if I buy another kit.

Oh Ash..... I'm gutted, I was so looking forward to seeing the splinter pattern as well.

We'll I'll just have to put up with this substandard paintwork eh matey?

In reality and back to being sensible..... It's great mate, the paints just right, got a nice matt sheen to it in the photos.
Loads of detail to look at and when you look back at a photo you see something else which I consider to be one of the main objectives of model building,

Top job mate, naff said

Thanks chap, I did actually enjoy building it and considering there is no body just all flat sprues it comes out really well, I would definitely recommend it

Wow. Interesting vehicle. Not a big fan of the batmobiles, but this is cool. Kinda looks like a candidate for a Mad Max scene!

A kit you don't see built much, you did a great job on it. I think it rocks.

I always thought this thing was weird but you did a nice job Ash.

Shame about the spilnter pattern though.

Awesome build, looks extremely complex but you've done a great job.

Was this a complicated kit to build?

That looks pretty cool. That's the only other Batmobile I like in addition to the George Barris car from the TV series. And the Christian Bale movies are better than the other ones too.
