This is a fun little build of the Airfix 1/72 Albatross DV.  As packaged, it is a plain looking Richtofen version, but I saw some aftermarket decals made by Printscale that were way cool.  They are of the Albatross flown by Paul Baumer, a friend of Erich Maria Remarque, who used his name as the main character in his novel, "All Quiet on the Western Front".

Lovely job Mike.

With colour schemes like that, I guess it wasn't to difficult to track who was flying each aircraft.

Different to the normal colour schemes you see for the Albatross, my kind of thing .... got something often built as per the norm and create an example you don't see that many of ... makes it a bit more special in my mind!

I like, i like very much.

Looks like it would be right at home in a flying circus. Love the paint scheme. WWI Albatross DV - Airfix 1:72 1705482731
