6 Cylinder.
I've gotten back into the car scene hard and heavy and I know the hidden potential in those li'l powerhouses. My Grand Prix has a 3.1L V6 and I'm cranking out the same power as the 3.8L Supercharged V6. Hehe
Great work! This is lookin' killer. Don't throw away those old arches. You've been bitten by the customizer bug. LoL

I say go with the V-6. That would make it a very unusual power plant in that car. I always like that idea. Plus I don't think the bady would look right with a blower sticking up like that.

Well jigerypokery 17 Mr Murphy 2 LOL
I have worked out that the jaggy will fit,the oil pan (sump) has been removed and it fits nicely, all I need to do is dry sump it- it is a modern engine after all.
The wheels and rear axle sorted,I want this to be [b]in de weeds! in fact I want it so low that you look up towards the weeds! In order to get the rears in I had to cut away the innr fenderwells but they can be built up afterwards - not as if I an adverse to a bit of bodywork...LOL

That looks a neat job.... Good job you're shaving the sump off, it'd never make it over the speed bumps :-)

So far so good chap.
Wouldnt expect to pop the bonnet on one of those to find a sparkling XJ220 engine winking at ya.

A really pretty piece of work Nigel. I always love what you do, but this body really looks like something that a Barris would do.

Re: Old Henrys love child.....
Thanks very much gentlemen,it put a smile on my mush to read those comments.
Well not much progress, just wet sanding (snoooz......) in particular the area to the inside of the headlights, tricky there!
As said, the rear axle hd been modified to fit - it is from a Monogram 55 chevy btw and the wheels/tyres from a monogram 79 Camaro (I think...)
