Farm Pickup Empty Farm Pickup

This will be a somewhat worn farm or ranch truck. It is built from left overs from other builds. A long bed regular cab early 90s Chevy with some replaced parts and a swapped in Caprice 5.7 police engine.

The parts box did not offer up an interior or grill so these may have to be scratch built

Cool idea, but the owner sure has been careful with it, no battle damage. And all 4 wheels match. I'm thinkin' it's driven by one of those "city cowboys," all hat and no cattle.
Fender and door replacement are pretty common on old trucks!

This will be a fast work truck with the LS-1 engine in it. Excellent project.

Maybe some front mudguard (fender) damage to explain the missing grill & bumper?
A section of steel pipe/channel & some parts box headlights perhaps?

I'll cease raving on & leave it to you, its your build/ vision.
Scratches down the side are a nice touch too.

Since I am in "ranch truck" country, I can get you plenty of reference pics if you like.  Farm Pickup 1705482731

Sam,
I'm just up the road from you relatively speaking. I just have to watch the traffic on my street for reference. Farm Pickup 2704104872

I like the idea Dan. Are you going to leave one door in primer? That would be a neat touch methinks.

Early 90s Chevy trucks had door hinges that were glued on. It was common for the drivers door to fall off and be replaced by a used one in this case a white one. The right fender was replaced with an aftermarket one in black primer when a tree jumped out of the forest and ripped off the original. There will also be scars from encounters with barb wire fences and steel gates.

Don't forget the teeth marks on top of the hood and fenders from the horses.  Farm Pickup 1705482731
