Another new dynasty!!

Six gorgeous Gloucester Old Spot piglets. Just weaned two days ago. Two and a half for Justine and I and two and a half for John and his wife.!!!
The sixth will be raised to maturity to breed from. With 12/15 piglets per litter at £50 per pop, it's worth doing.
Apple sauce anyone???

Just don't give them names, or they'll never make it to the freezer.

£50 a shot? ... Prices certainly have increased.
Is that live or in the freezer? I used to pay £10 for a frozen 12lb (ish) piglet to feed the Burmese python.
The bacon cobs are on you then Al.....

We'll raise four of them them until they are about 60kg for pork joints, one to about 90kg for Bacon and one to maturity for breeding from.

My step daughter named her gold fish grilled and fried, and her rabbit roast. She was 10 at the time.
