Which configuration should I use?
Re: Mile End Garage.
Al: I finally got a chance to look at the forum for the first time this week. The details on your diorama are exquisite. I'm really jealous of the tools. I don't have anything planned that would use them, but they are the type of details that really make a Dio real. This one is going to be great!

Re: Mile End Garage.
Thanks all.
You have mail John.
I originally made a bench to go in the annex but since it will have lots of small 'bit's on it, they wouldn't easily be seen. So I made a new one and will relocate the compressor and oil drum.
Oh! and the contents of the barrels?
Some are home brewed beer and some are home brewed wine. All for illegal sale of course.
As you can see here, Denis is partial to a bottle of white!!!

Loving the 'accessories' you're putting in, for the the teapot and kettle give it a real lived in feel.

Re: Mile End Garage.
Thanks Kats.
The stove wasn't glued in Gary.
Actually, it, the kettle and the teapot were done about 5/6 years ago for another dio that never got off the ground and are out of scale as they are 1:25. So I may re-do them yet.

Re: Mile End Garage.
Might be worth having a quick look for some in 1/35 Al, if you decide to scratch them I'd be interested to see that as a step by step.

Re: Mile End Garage.
Looking great Al. I think that some of the things need to be weathered a little. Like the tools on the work bench and the drill press. They just look to new and shiny. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the good work on this one.

Re: Mile End Garage.
Looks brilliant Al, though I question Denis's wisdom in storing oxy-acetylene next to the wood burner

Re: Mile End Garage.
LOL...... he likes to live dangerously Gary.
Buck..... since Dennis has recently taken over the garage from his grandfather and is 'fixing it up' the drill press is a new addition. As for the tools on the bench..... forget it, they are way too small!!!! LOL
