1963 Jaguar XKE
Hi Everybody,
I had this old Aurora kit and gave it a try, nothing too much to expect... A great deal of sanding and dry-fitting issues throughout, but eventually a fun job. Just added minor details other than that it's 99% oob.
Thanks for watching&Cheers,
Nuno.

Always had my vote as "sexiest car" Ever! When it came out I was instantly in love. I still believe the streamlined look is, like the '53 Studebaker, ever beautiful. Thanks!

Well done Nuno. With a lot of work, these old kits can be made to work.

Such a beautiful looking car, the colour really suits it too, did you paint the red lines on the tyres...

Hi :)
Thank you all for your kind words.
@webby, indeed today's toolings make these old kits seem rather obsolete, nontheless there are far many options and techniques today which allow a new approach on these oldies!
@Johnag, thanks for watching! I wish I had the hand to paint those red lines... just decals I'm afraid ;)
