Just got this kit yesterday, and told Al about it.  He asked for sprue shots, so I'll add them here.

First impression of the kit is that is a very excellent one.  I think it exceeds the rest of  Tamiya's 1/32 aircraft.  The kit comes with a 56 page instruction manual, a color chart for one of the three variants, and a info booklet with Corsair history and photos of current museum aircraft.  Inside the large box are 14 grey sprues, a clear sprue, a smoke sprue for the display pieces, two photo-etch sheets, two decal sheets and a parts bag with the tires and misc.

Thanks for that Paul. Looks like a really nice kit.

Rubber tyres, so I guess they are not weighted then?

Build it or stash it?

Yep...rubber tires and not weighted. I'll probably get some aftermarket resin ones to replace them. And I'm also thinking wings up !!

I'd build it right now, but there's too many already started in front of it.

Good project for a long spell of Winter weather. Go back to the Pacific and WWII and get lost in the instructions. 56 pages!
